MissouriHomeOwner.com Announces 34 New Homes Under Construction in Wentzville and Troy, Missouri

August 6, 2010

St. Peters, Missouri- MissouriHomeOwner.com, a St. Peters, Missouri based real estate company, announced today that they have begun construction on 24 new homes in the Tuscany Trails subdivision of Wentzville and 10 homes in Bridle Spur near Troy. The company has received continued cooperation from local banks to facilitate the construction of over 150 homes over the last twelve months. At a time when most builders have seen little activity, MissouriHomeOwner.com has produced employment for over 90 construction workers and provided homeownership for hundreds of hard working American families. The company provides seller financing to families who are unable to gain traditional financing due to more difficult lending requirements. These are families with good income and solid employment that are falling short of the much higher credit score minimums now required by lenders. This extreme constriction of lending has significantly increased the number of Americans who are being told they can't own their own homes. The company’s Rent to Own and Seller Financing Programs have created hundreds of Missouri Homeowners with homes in St Charles, St Peters, O'Fallon, Cottleville, Weldon Spring, Dardenne Prairie, Lake St. Louis, Wentzville, Troy, Wright City, Winfield, Florissant, Hazelwood and other areas throughout the St. Louis, Missouri area.

MISSOURIHOMEOWNER.COM PARTNERS WITH LOCAL BANKS TO BUILD 150+ MORE NEW CONSTRUCTION HOMES PUTTING HUNDREDS BACK TO WORK

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

St. Peters, Missouri- MissouriHomeOwner.com, a St. Peters based real estate company, continues to find ways to satisfy the overwhelming demand for home ownership while putting more people back to work earning money they can spend in their local grocery stores.
MissouriHomeOwner.com announced today that they have expanded geographically and started construction on 31 new homes in Wright City/Warren County. These 31 homes are located in the developments know as Falcons Crest and The Shire. They also are in the stages of final approval for construction of 28 new homes in Wentzville, MO, 14 homes in Troy, MO and 20 new homes in Winfield, MO MissouriHomeOwner.com is also participating in the early stages of three other developments which could lead to the construction of as many as 147 more new homes. Through their expanded efforts and continued cooperation from local hometown banks MissouriHomeOwner.com seeks to build 150+ new construction homes during 2010 in order to help hard working American families achieve the dream of home ownership. Helping families achieve the dream of home ownership also brings much needed help to local municipalities, school boards, counties and businesses. The hard working folks who are now back to work building these new homes can, once again, spend money in local businesses, begin to save money, buy cars and do their part as a growing army of soldiers of economic stimulus. The families who achieve the dream of home ownership provide additional benefits by increasing funding available to schools, highway departments, law enforcement and the great needs encountered by charitable organizations in the community. MissouriHomeOwner completed construction of 99 homes during 2009, all of which are now occupied by hard working families who go to work every day, go to their kid's ball games, and put money back into their local economy. The goal of 150+ new homes for 2010 is attainable and the company intends to remain steadfast in its efforts even beyond this goal. Economic stimulus, the real kind, the effective, grass roots kind is alive, well and growing every day here in Missouri.

TRUE economic stimulus

Recent updates about our efforts to create TRUE economic stimulus and our unwavering commitment. Read More.

As of the date of this posting we are building 38 new homes in Wentzville and Wright City. Last year we built 99 new homes and helped good families achieve the pride and joy of home ownership. This is true economic stimulus that makes a real difference. The type that creates jobs and pride for real Americans. And, we have every intention of building 70-100 more in the next 12 months. We have several projects in the later stages of approval that would allow us to build more homes in Troy, Moscow Mills and Wentzville.

Demand from families wanting their own homes is at an all-time high due to non-existent lending from banks and mortgage companies. We struggle every day to meet this demand. Below are previous updates and more information on our philosophy and efforts.
